1. Data controller

The controller for personal data collected on this site is Florent Lelong, independent music artist, reachable at contact@florentlelong.com.

2. Data collected

This site collects three types of data:

• Newsletter signup — email address only, via the Brevo form. Requires your explicit consent. Used to send release announcements and concert updates.
• Anonymous analytics — via Plausible Analytics, no cookies, no cross-site tracker. Aggregated data only (page views, country, traffic source). No personal data.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — only on marketing campaign pages (e.g. /en/the-wormhole), to measure the effectiveness of ads delivered on Meta platforms. Advertising identifier and conversion events (click on a streaming service, newsletter signup). No directly identifiable personal data is stored on our side.

3. Legal basis and purposes

The newsletter relies on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Audience measurement and the Meta Pixel rely on legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of the site and ad campaigns (Article 6.1.f), without individualised processing.

4. Processors and recipients

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — newsletter hosting and delivery. GDPR-compliant, data stored in the EU.
• Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OU, Estonia) — anonymous audience measurement, data stored in the EU.
• Meta Platforms (Meta Ireland Ltd) — delivery and measurement of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Data subject to Meta's privacy policy.
• OVH (France) — site hosting.

5. Retention period

Newsletter email: kept as long as you remain subscribed, deleted upon request or unsubscription. Plausible data: 24 months maximum, aggregated. Meta Pixel events: retained per Meta's policy (typically 180 days for conversion events).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@florentlelong.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses no analytics cookies (Plausible does not set any). The Meta Pixel may set cookies on campaign pages for ad tracking. You can refuse these cookies via your browser settings or via Meta's ad preferences tools.

8. Updates

This policy may evolve. Any significant change will be communicated via the newsletter or on the homepage. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document.
